This is the land of the Moissac AOC chasselas grape and the renowned Roman cloister that is listed as a UNESCO Heritage Site. Here, the city of Moissac welcomes you to the Camping de l'Ile du Bidounet .
The campsite is tucked away on an island in the Tarn, a unique, natural environment spanning 2.5 hectares, well-shaded with trees and vegetation, and only 2 kilometers from the center of town.
On this old mill site, now home to the campsite, is where Firmin BOUISSET, was born on September 2, 1859, the artist and creator of many famous advertising posters, including La Petite Menier and Le Petit Ecolier LU (Little Schoolboy cookies).
